ACCOUNT BALANCE

Account Balance will show you what is the over paid or out standing amount in your account.

You can check the details regarding your Account Balance by clicking on My Bills Button

MEMBERSHIP ID

Membership ID is a unique six digit number give to you, which identifies your account. Also referred as Order ID.

TOTAL DID IN YOUR INVENTORY

Total number of DIDs currently in your account.

TALK TIME

Each DID in DIDX come with a certain number of Free minutes?, After the Free Mins are used the after free mins charges start applying, these charges are also prepaid in DIDX and you must have TALK TIME in your account, in order to be able to receive calls after the free minutes are over.

In Toll Free Numbers each incoming call is charged, therefore you have 0 Free Mins ( most of the time) and you need to pay for the incoming call, This again is taken from your Talk Time Amount.

Talk Time is used for all your origination calls, as on DIDX there is NO termination.

To Add talk time, Click on Add Talk time in your account.

MY SHOPPING CART

Cart is the place where a buyers reserved DIDs are placed, while you are trying to shop for more numbers.

Once you are done shopping, click on checkout, the selected DIDs would be allocated to your account.

The DID is automatically released after 6 hrs of the Reservation by the system, if not bought.

There is no charge to reserve the DID number.

If the DID requires Documents, there will be a link under Documents column “Upload document” click on that and upload document.

If you wish to remove any DID from Shopping Cart click on link “Remove From Cart” for that particular number under action.

RESERVED

A DID can be reserved by the Buyer for 6 hrs, While he is trying to buy the did number, for his shopping cart or web application.

The DID is automatically released after 6 hrs of the Reservation by the system.

There is no charge to reserve the DID number.
