Yes; In most of cases, a new carrier needs following information to port numbers away from DIDx:

Account Number: DID you want to port away
Business Name: Super Technologies Inc.
Billing Telephone Number: 18504338555
Service Address: 6005 Keating Road, Pensacola, FL 32504
Authorized Contact: LNP Officer

If your carrier has problems or gets End User Name / Address / BTN mismatch, please consult with DIDx Customer Service team by creating ticket from your DIDX account with the specific complaint

NOTE : Please note numbers from 703508, 710949, 703304, 700118 & 702125 Vendors are not portable.

FCC will not held responsible DIDx or DIDx Customer for it and only vendors / Seller will be responsible.

Furthermore, following policies have been implemented since January 2017.

1. Inorder to port out a number you need to keep the number in your account for at least 6 months.
2. If the vendor is gonna charge DIDX for port out then we will simply revert those charges in customer account.
